Alexis Carreiro, Ph.D., has spent the last decade helping small- to mid-sized companies fix the communication problems that quietly cost them deals. A former college professor with a Ph.D. from UT-Austin, she brings intellectual rigor to a problem most leaders misread: when sales stall, they blame their reps. The real problem, however, is almost always upstream, in how the company communicates internally. She built RocketStep to help leaders find and fix those gaps so they can scale.
