For the free Pulse Check, your score appears on screen as soon as you finish. For the Snapshot and Diagnostic, we email you a secure link to your report as soon as it’s ready, so you can return to it anytime.

How do I schedule my Results Review Call after purchasing the Diagnostic?

Someone from our RocketStep team will reach out after reviewing your report to schedule the call.

Is the Results Review a phone call or video call?

It's up to you, but we recommend a video call so we can share our screen and walk you through the specifics of the report.

Can more than one person from our team be on the Results Review Call?
